The Crowbar is an Altered Item found in the Panopticon of the Oldest House.

• This Altered Item has become Corrupted by the Hiss. When encountered in the field, it sabotages machinery and mechanical devices such as breaker panels and generators.

Trivia

• The Crowbar is located on Floor 5, Unit 12 in the Panopticon, between the Water Cooler Altered Item and the P6 Cell.
• This is the only viewable Altered Item in the Panopticon that does not have any Case File collectibles associated with it.
• The Crowbar may be a reference to the video game Half-Life, where the protagonist, Dr. Gordon Freeman, uses a crowbar as one of his main weapons. Non-altered crowbars found in the Foundation are engraved with the phrase "Freeman Tools" in a similar reference.
