Vending machines can be found all over the Oldest House, mostly placed in hallways near FBC offices. They offer a variety of snacks for the hungry FBC Agent.

The assortment of these vending machines includes crackers, pistachios, potato chips, pretzels, and more, as well as fiber and protein bars. All these products come from unknown manufacturers, all of the packages are unlabeled. For payment, coins are accepted.

At the time of the Hiss invasion, not all of the vending machines are powered anymore, indicated by an unlit display.

Investigations Sector

In June 2017, a vending machine identical to those used by the FBC was discovered in Alberta, though this one being an Altered Item. It was confiscated and brought to the Investigations Sector to determine containment procedures. Testing was still ongoing when the sector was sealed off after the escape of Emil Hartman. The Item developed an altered effect yet undocumented, being able to move by its own efforts. It disguised as a regular FBC vending machine by placing itself somewhere in the hallways. When Jesse Faden started to explore the sector beyond the Firebreak during the Hiss invasion in 2019, the Altered Item was able to flee with remarkable speed whenever struck by her, causing her to go on a "Vending Spree".
