Special Agent Tim Spalder was an investigative agent for the Federal Bureau of Control.
Biography
Spalder operated under the Investigations Sector and was ordered by Head of Investigations William Kirklund to research the "Blessed" organization, recording his findings in a report.[1] He survived Emil Hartman's containment breach. He later conducted an investigation into Head of Research Casper Darling as part of Kirklund's internal inquiries on Bureau practices. Although official findings were inconclusive, he concluded that the mysteries and possible ethics breaches surrounding the Dimensional Research wing warranted further study.[2]
