Ranger Captain Ramsay was a Ranger in service to the Federal Bureau of Control.

Biography

Ramsay and a team of Rangers under his command were sent into the Mold Threshold in the Research Sector to investigate the source of the mold by Dr. Underhill, and they set up a base camp once inside.^[1]

Slowly, Ramsay and his team all fell under the Mold's influence. Ramsay noticed his teammate Ollie's skin turning green from Mold consumption,^[2] but he was too enthralled by the Mold to realize what was happening, and eventually followed suit consuming the Mold.^[3]
