Marcus Talbot was the senior cartographer for the Federal Bureau of Control during their initial explorations of the Foundation of the Oldest House.

Biography

Talbot wrote the correspondence called the Foundation Accident, the correspondence detailed the incident which befell Robert Ricardo and how they there should be a special division to map out the Foundation Sector. This correspondence was sent to Hank Wilder.
