Ranger Sergeant Hooton was a Ranger in service to the Federal Bureau of Control.

Biography

When the Hiss invasion occurred, Hooton was corrupted by the Hiss, becoming a Hiss Ranger. Later when Jesse Faden enters the Sector Head Office of the Investigations Sector in search of a spacesuit helmet for the paranatural entity known as Fra, Hooton appears inside the elevated room within the Head Office and begins attacking Jesse. The Hiss-corrupted Hooton is eventually defeated by Jesse.^[1]

Characteristics

Hooton is a level 9 enemy and is shielded by body armor, using a combat shotgun to attack. When killed, Hooton drops a Jukebox Token, a Hidden Trend, and another Material or Mod.
