Agent Graham Potts was an agent for the Federal Bureau of Control who died sometime before the Hiss invasion.
Biography
Potts was killed while in active duty on a classified mission. The Bureau's Deputy Chief of Communications Howard J. Murray was the one who had to send a letter of condolence to his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Potts, to notify them of the death of their son.[1]
